Safety, Health & The Law
This course was designed to identify the different responsibilities of different parties in the workplace. The primary purpose is to outline current OHSA law and the roles and responsibilities of workplace parties within this framework. Participants are tested on their ability to find information in the OHSA and Regulations. Information and the significance of Bill C-45 rounds out this program. We review the two C-45 cases that have been before the courts to date.
